Natural running form provides a blueprint for optimal movement. We believe that all runners can work towards this blueprint to improve performance and decrease physical strain on the body’s tissues. Optimal running form involves minimising lever arms, and reducing wasted muscle effort.
We consider all aspects of injury rehabilitation including functional fitness, general health and training planning. Optimal performance and reduced injury risk involves a number of factors including good running form, fitness and conditioning, diet, training and recovery.
We coach technique using video analysis and individualised drills to retrain your movement patterns. For some runners we include barefoot running drills, which provide maximal movement feedback.
